La Favola Residence is completely immersed in the vineyards of the “Lugana Doc” wine. It is one of the oldest country houses in the town of Sirmione. The Virgilio thermal plant can be easily reached on foot with a 15-minute walk. The historic center of Sirmione is only 5km away and the motorway only 2km, Gardaland 20km. Perfect for two couples or for families with children, Residenza la Favola is an oasis of peace surrounded by greenery and convenient to everything. The accommodation On the ground floor a wonderful veranda (Jardin d’hiver) where it is possible to have lunch or dinner even in mid-season. They continue with the living room that houses two large sofas, the fireplace and the TV to relax. The fully equipped Open Space kitchen will allow you to prepare fantastic dinners. Upstairs with elm wood floors awaits a master bedroom with attached bathroom with cast iron tub and open shower, another large guest bedroom with private bathroom and a dormitory with bunk beds for the boys.
